These services are exclusively staffing, and funding is through the Developmental Disability Waiver.  Under these services, MRCI is able to function as the Employer of Record for the individuals you wish to hire: MRCI provides payroll services and withholds, files and pays federal and state employment taxes, and furnishes employee with a W-2.
