Training Consultant

Position Overview:

Effectively implements program plans for clients.  Supervises clients in community settings to ensure the needs of our employers are met. May provide transportation for clients to and from home as well as various work locations and is familiar with the background, special needs, and safety precautions for each client.

 

 

Qualifications:

The Training Consultant position at MRCI requires experience working with people who have developmental and cognitive disabilities.  The individual must also possess solid interpersonal and communication skills. A Training Consultant is required to be sensitive to the needs of individuals who have disabilities, hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation. 

 

Education/Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent with a year of related work experience.
