   Marcus O’Quinn participates in the Autism Program at MRCI - Rosemount, where Melanie Fuentes, a support Specialist works with him every workday.  Currently Melanie helps Marcus with sensory integration and communication issues, which has improved Marcus’ ability to interact with his co-workers. Marcus is

also focusing on expanding his work options,

including labeling packages of candy for

Quality Products, an MRCI company.

    Marcus first worked at MRCI in 1997, and

has worked at the Rosemount location since

2007. With one-on-one help from Melanie -

a person Marcus knows and trusts - his

ability to reach out and communicate

with others has improved significantly.
