Who We Are
What We Do
What We Offer
For over a decade, Charles Hoffman, a client at MRCI, has reported to work at the Brown County Highway Department in New Ulm. Over
the years Charles has developed a close
bond with his co-workers, including
Kevin Henle and John Hertling. They
both appreciate Charles’ unique sense
of humor and positive attitude.
“Every morning, there’s always a
smile on his face,” said Kevin Henle,
who works at the Brown County
Highway Department. “He’s always
so positive. It’s been great working
with him.”
Charles is tasked with keeping
the highway department’s building
clean, and spends his days
sweeping floors, cleaning up work
areas, and helping out when needed.
In the afternoons, Charles reports
to work at MRCI - New Ulm where
he participates in the Center-Based
work program.
“I like being able to do both jobs,”
said Charles, while taking a break from
sweeping the floor. “It keeps me busy,
and I like the people I work with.”
